Terms of Service

I have the right to reject any order, without specifying the reason.The commissioned artwork is for personal & monetized use only!
(for commercial art commissions a fee needs to be paid)Payment & refunds:
* I only accept commissions through VGEN.
* Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval. (Please specify if you want to split)
* The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
* If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
* If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.Delivery & Revisions
* Please specify the size and format you want the artwork to be in if you have a requested format.
* The time it takes for each commission varies between one week to 4 weeks. (depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, etc.)
* You get 4 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included.
* If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it.
* A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.Copyright
* I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online or in my portfolio.
* You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
* Making profits from the commissioned piece is prohibited unless the fee has been paid. (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)
The following is considered copyright infringement:
* Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
* Claiming the artwork as your own.
* Altering the artwork without my consent.

December 2025- I lost acces to my instagram account! (meta customer support is inexistent)
New account is @noxn0ctis- My ipad broke so no new art until it either gets fixed or replaced.- Fixed the updates button and renamed it.- I finally got my vgen account back!

November 2025Due to personal and mental health reasons, I have to temporarily close my commissions. I am on a partial hiatus and expecting to come back around on February.
My phone broke some months ago and I lost access to most of my accounts, including VGen and banking apps. Until it gets fixed, I cannot acces them.If you commissioned me and want to refund, please contact me at [email protected] or request a refund through vgen.Thank you for understanding and all of the support.
